Returns and Right of Withdrawal

This return policy is provided by Superwatchman AB, company registration number 559252-3111.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email hello@superwatchman.com within the 14-day period. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide return instructions and confirm the correct return address.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days. Please contact us before returning an item to ensure that it is sent to the correct address and handled properly.

The item should be returned with all accessories, manuals, protective materials and original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functionality.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@superwatchman.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably possible.

Exceptions

Custom-made or clearly personalized products, including engraved items and special orders, may not be eligible for withdrawal unless they are defective or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer law.

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was issued, contact hello@superwatchman.com.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer law.
