We offer worldwide shipping with tracking and insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery. Available shipping options and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

The estimated dispatch period is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or circumstances outside our control.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Contact hello@superwatchman.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.

Every Superwatchman timepiece is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage caused by an unsecured crown, or work performed by an unauthorized third party. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Keep the crown fully screwed down before contact with water. After exposure to salt water, rinse the watch carefully with fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid strong magnetic fields, extreme temperatures and hard impacts. Water resistance should be tested periodically, particularly before extended exposure to water. Have the movement serviced by a qualified watchmaker when necessary.
