The Wave by ArtyA – A Collection of Dive Watches

ArtyA has created the first comprehensive line of dive timepieces in the company’s history. The first sapphire dive watches in the world were just introduced. And now, the brand has a great joy and honor to showcase a line that fully realizes ArtyA’s goal of fusing art and technology.

Distinctiveness and inventiveness haven’t been ignored in favor of dependability and efficiency to aid divers. Therefore, ArtyA is pleased to have you learn about all the improvements done to these items’ many parts. Creating feelings is precisely what artwork does; touching people and stirring up emotions or thoughts inside them. Therefore, ArtyA is the pinnacle of that in fine manufacturing. Even the company name expresses this.

The vibrant industry specialist Yvan Arpa launched the unique Swiss watchmaker business ArtyA (ART + Yvan Arpa) in 2010. It specializes mostly in one-of-a-kind items and minimal editions. In general, Arpa generates a great deal. His seemingly limitless imagination has created hundreds of allusions in more than a dozen lines. Besides, his timepieces are blatantly distinct from others that are available at the moment.

The Hypnotic Assert:

A few of ArtyA’s designs have waves as a common motif.

This has now been highlighted in a creative, wholly handmade 3D dial. Enamel is applied over the wave structure in detail to cover it off and improve light reflections. It draws you in like looking at a moving relic frozen throughout time. However, there are only black and blue versions of this dial.

Two dials available: blue and black enamel wave, white Luminova, or visual depth gauge.

Technical Specifications:

One of the most notable features of the Wave is the light blue Swiss BGW9 Super-LumiNova illumination that can be seen on the bezel. It also has large indicators and hands, as well as the ArtyA emblem placed at the 12 o’clock position. At three o’clock, there is a square opening for the date display, and over 6 o’clock, “300 meters” is engraved to indicate the waterproofing.

The Wave generally blends science with art. As a result, the dependability and efficiency that divers require were addressed. Because it is a large size of 44mm, the text is easier to read underwater. Also, the round satin-finished stainless steel casing has a prominent crown shield and is available in several collections.

Additionally, the watch features a ceramic insert on the wave-shaped bidirectional bezel, including a screw-down crown. The case back is substantial and features a sculpture of roaring waves that change into the shark’s jaws. The limited-edition quantity and ArtyA’s emblem are also etched on it. For the best dive experience, the device is set on a top-notch patterned rubber strap, and a distinctive pin clasp boasting a water droplet pattern fastens the strap.

Guaranteed Reliability:

The Aion movement, which is unique to ArtyA, is driving The Wave. This three-hand automated caliber is COSC-certified, providing +/- 6 seconds each day of chronometer-grade precision. It also displays seconds, minute, hour, and date features and has a power reserve of up to 50 hours.

On the other hand, there isn’t much to divert you. This is because the movement is safely hidden within and boasts Côtes de Genève with rose gold finishes, as per ArtyA.
