Approval requires a dated internal record of the sources and evidence, the reviewer and the decision. Missing or conflicting evidence requires clarification; unresolved requirements prevent approval. The standard requires a new review at renewal, at least annually.

Material changes or credible concerns are grounds for a further review. Status may be paused or withdrawn when its basis cannot be substantiated. Only active status permits use of the Verified seal. A withdrawn status must remain identifiable on its public verification page so an old seal cannot be mistaken for current approval.

A physical visit is additional information and is only claimed for a business we have actually visited. It is not a requirement for every applicant.

Any warning-list check is limited to the named sources and date recorded. No match is not proof that a business is free from misconduct. Verified does not imply a comprehensive fraud, sanctions, credit or regulatory-licensing check, product authentication, a service-quality assessment or buyer protection.

For profiles approved before this standard was introduced, the published scope is business identity and core company information. Do not infer that every step of this new checklist was completed retrospectively. The displayed verification year is not an exact review date or evidence of continuous monitoring.
