This design choice creates a harmonious blend of modernity and natural elements, emphasizing IWC’s colored ceramics inspired by American landscapes, including the Mojave Desert, Lake Tahoe, and Woodland Forests.

  4. Lifestyle and Custom Studio: On the ground floor, the lifestyle and custom studio offers an array of choices. The strap studio display provides insights into strap options for the Pilot’s Watch, Portugieser, and Portofino collections. Moreover, visitors can explore a colorful variety of dials for the newly introduced Portugieser 3716 Individualization Service, exclusively available at IWC flagship boutiques.

For the first time ever, an IWC boutique features a permanently installed watch spa on the second floor. Clients can witness their timepieces being meticulously cleaned and undergo rigorous accuracy and water resistance testing. Additionally, the watch spa houses an embossing machine and provides a close look at exploded movement calibers, offering a unique insight into the brand’s product complexity and craftsmanship.
