Description
Swiss made watches with Cuban flair, Cuervo y Sobrinos is the only watch brand with Latin legacy. In its infancy, the brand focused on importing Swiss watches to the Cuban capital, but it quickly transitioned from importer to designer. The brand partnered with other companies to produce limited edition watches. The Cuervo family’s history, very much entwined with the country of Cuba, changed with the times. After having to flee, the brand has regained a foothold and opened boutiques in the center of Havana where it offers Swiss made watches inspired by Cuba’s island life and heritage.
The Cuervo y Sobrinos Flameante is inspired by an original and historic design from the 50s. The case measures 40mm at a slender height of 6.2mm. Powered by a hand-wound movement this watch features a small seconds display at 6 oclock on the Flamboyant Guilloche dial., , Reference 3130.9FA has a rose gold case and an Argenté dial.
