Chiara Ferragni – Hublot Big Bang ‘Integral King Gold Pavé in 18-carat

Italian blogger and businesswoman Chiara Ferragni is wearing a 42mm Hublot Big Bang ‘Integral King Gold Pavé in 18-carat.

The timepiece has a satin-finished King Gold case and bracelet, set with a total of 1086 pavé diamonds, and features a matte black skeletonized dial.

About The Watch

Hublot is essentially a craftsman who has mastered the skill of fusing. This entails blending materials, combining historic and contemporary design, and collaborating with organizations and sports legends. However, Carlo Crocco and Jean-Claude Biver, two gentlemen with distinguished watchmaking backgrounds, combined their visions to create Hublot.

In 1980, Crocco introduced the Hublot label at Baselworld. Moreover, he has a long history of working in the field. Crocco was employed in the Binda Group, a well-known Italian timepiece firm of the time, before starting his own business. In 1976, he resigned from his position to begin creating Hublot. This name and picture inspired his initial creation.

The outcome was a porthole-shaped casing, which is now synonymous with the company. In addition, Hublot’s first product was the first high-end timepiece to have a rubber strap. It goes without saying that the piece and the brand’s general idea were revolutionary in the era.

Since the Big Bang was first released, Hublot has produced a series of other iconic timepieces. With every new design, Hublot stays true to Crocco’s original goal for the company. Additionally, Hublot has kept adding new versions to the Big Bang collection.

The Big Bang now comes with an exquisitely crafted integral bracelet for the very first time to commemorate its 15th anniversary. The Hublot Big Bang Integral King Gold Pave Watch has a 42mm satin-finished and refined 18K King Gold casing studded with 120 diamonds. It also features an 18K King Gold bezel adorned with 138 diamonds, plus six signature H-shaped titanium screws. Underneath the anti-reflective sapphire crystal is the matte black skeletal dial.

Bracelet with combined 18K King Gold satin as well as refined finish that fastens with an 18K King Gold deployant clasp is encrusted with 828 brilliant-cut diamonds. This variant weighs 5.60 carats in total.

The Unico 2 caliber was initially created to power small chronograph movement and introduce new Hublot lovers to the brand. However, the HUB1280 UNICO self-winding chronograph movement powers this Hublot Big Bang’ Integral King Gold Pavé. With a two-fold coupling mechanism that is transparent from the dial edge and a 72-hour power reserve, it keeps the distinctive style of its previous iteration. It also features second, minute, hour, date, and Chrono functions and has up to 100 meters of waterproof (330ft).

Nonetheless, it has become thinner by 1.3 mm as a result of numerous technical improvements, along with the addition of a newer, flat mechanical winding technique.

Hublot has indeed created a brand-new gold hue featuring a warmer tint than the standard 5N 18K gold as a wizard of fusing and an alchemist of valuable metals. This rare King Gold mix, which mostly contains platinum, fits perfectly in all aspects of cleaning and satin polishing. Hublot timepieces combine the strangest components, including rubber, carbon, and high-tech ceramic.
