Tennis and high-end timepieces go hand in hand, and Wimbledon has used a Rolex timepiece as its approved timekeeper since 1978. Besides, given their many similarities, it is unsurprising that the connection between watches and tennis has endured for over 40 years.

Furthermore, timing hasn’t ever been a significant concern in tennis. Despite this apparent fact, watches have continued to be a considerable part of tennis history. Likewise, watch brand owners and players constantly aim to maintain a competitive edge.

In respect of Wimbledon, let’s look at some of the most well-known tennis players known to have a winning record:

This is appropriate for a tennis watch since it closely resembles the look of the strings on a racquet. Nevertheless, it protects the piece from damage on the court by providing resilience to accelerations of as high as 12,000 g.

In short, this wristwatch is much more than simply its lovely appearance.
