Shipping and Returns

All products ordered on our website are subject to our Shipping and Return policy. Our goal is to prepare and dispatch your order within 24 business hours, but this may vary depending on workload and demand. All products ordered on our website are shipped from Sweden, and normal delivery time is estimated to be five business days. However, this may vary depending on your location, holidays, and/or extraordinary circumstances. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order.

Purchases made on our website with a total value of below $50 will be sent with a different shipping method, which has an estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days. If you have any questions regarding shipping, delivery times, or transportation, please send your questions to hello(at)

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, please contact us and the carrier company without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery. Contacting us in a timely manner enables us to send you a new product to replace the damaged one.


Any product purchased through our online shop is subject to 30 days return from delivery. Please contact Customer Support on hello(at) to schedule your return and receive a return label. Once we receive the item back and verify its unworn, the return will be processed, and the refund will be issued. We offer free returns on all our products.


Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.


In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.

Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. Payment by Card

Pay with your Mastercard, VISA or AMEX securely. Your payment is handled with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. IFL Watches does not charge any extra costs for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on your card and bank. When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, IFL Watches may automatically cancel your order.

Promo codes

Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.


All prices shown on the website,, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment center in Europe.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Superwatchman has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Superwatchman cannot predict their amount. Superwatchman advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.


Orders made in another person’s name without his consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. Superwatchman holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Superwatchman to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. This policy applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Superwatchman in order to get an address to send the goods to. We offer free returns on all our products. If an item is received damaged, Superwatchman should be notified as soon as possible but at latest 7 days from the day you received the item.
