David Beckham – Tudor Black Bay Pro in featuring a stainless steel

Former footballer and current president of and co-owner of Inter Miami CF David Beckham was during this year’s Wimbledon tennis tournament spotted with a Tudor Black Bay Pro featuring a stainless steel 39 mm case and a riveted steel bracelet.

The black domed dial is surrounded by a 24-hour graduated fixed bezel in satin-brushed steel.

Watch Review

The latest Tudor Black Bay Pro is the ideal timepiece for outdoor activities. It could dive, is durable and easy to read, has a GMT complexity for traveling, is well equipped, and is made to be utilized and mistreated. In other words, the kind of wristwatch selection you’d wish to have during weekends or leisure time.

The 39mm Tudor Black Bay Pro piece has the collection’s traditional casing. It has nothing novel about it, at least for the middle portion of the case, given that it is manufactured of 316L stainless steel. Besides, it is primarily brushed with finished bevels and has refined sides on the bracelet and case. The caseback, which lacks visual appeal, can be said to be similar.

The fact that it is connected with the screw-down crown, as well as the Black Bay Pro, is designated as a 200m water-resistant timepiece is worth noticing. Talking of the crown, you’ll see something unique, including the shape and way the rose logo is carved. The narrow fluted design and aluminum cylinder on the crown has been substituted with a more traditional, highly grooved crown.

A redesigned bezel frames the vintage convex sapphire crystal, a repeating feature on all Black Bay pieces that adds to the nostalgic appearance of the series. An attached steel bezel with a beautiful radial-brushed face and an etched, black-filled 24-hour display that’s evocative of the bezel on the original Explorer II reference 1655 replaces the bidirectional revolving steel bezel with an aluminum inlay. This feature, without a doubt, contributes significantly to the elegance of this wristwatch.

The dial features a railroad minute line around the outside, the current protective trademark and emblem at 12 o’clock, and 3 text lines with a yellow profundity placed at 6 o’clock. The attached markings, which include a mix of dots, triangles, and a rectangle at 12 o’clock, have a similar feel. The 3D feature looks awesome and improves the piece’s technical, practical design.

A similar movement found within the Tudor Black Bay Pro as the Black Bay GMT is the Calibre MT5652, created by veteran associate Kenissi. A silicon anti-magnetic hairspring with chronometer certification from COSC is also a feature of this mechanical movement. When entirely winded by its bidirectional wheel, the movement strikes at 4Hz and has a power reserve lasting up to 70 hours. A strong transverse link secures the changing inertia balancing.

Although the COSC criteria for accuracy range from -4 to +6 seconds, Tudor demands an operating consistency variation between -2 and +4 seconds when timepieces are fully built. It is a well-known movement with a useful GMT function that has a track record of accuracy and dependability. Its 7.52mm length undoubtedly adds to the piece’s general thickness.
